Roger started his career after university in accountancy and international finance. These talents enabled him to pass on advice to international athletes on managing their finances. This was the launch of his career into sports management.

Roger Barnes has been representing athletes for over fifteen years predominately in the cricketing world. His strength and experience in athlete management has attracted high profile athletes to the client base from a variety of sports.

Athlete management led Roger into the marketing sector and SIML was born.

Roger is a players' agent licensed by The Football Association.

He brings substantial corporate and sporting contacts from his time within the industry.
