SIML Athlete Management provides representation, career advice and support for elite athletes. SIML is dedicated to creating long-term partnerships through personal attention to the needs and potentials of the individual sportsperson.

SIML recognises sports careers as unique. Our aim at SIML is to create and develop existing opportunities that will contribute to individual success. To achieve this SIML seeks to establish both long term and short term personalised career development strategies, allowing individuals to maximise on performance.

Our international athlete management division focuses on representation which is responsible for negotiating sports performance contracts on behalf of our athletes, historically, referred to as a sport agent. We have a long history of being involved in cricket, track & field and football.

Within sport we have developed contacts with clubs worldwide and constantly use sports television, the sporting press and other sports multimedia to keep abreast of developments in the global community.
